The objective of this project was to design a shoe for any specific sport or environment. I designed a boot for hiking in a loose sand environment. This design included a traction pad outsole, midsole, and upper with design features and benefits for a sand dune environment. This project included conceptual design, 3D modeling, and physical prototyping.
